Leading on from the taster of volume 0, volume 1 is an excellent introduction proper to the series.
The art is once again vibrant and is shown off more in this issue as the characters are more animated this time around.
Vol 1 reveals more about the characters and some of the dynamics between them, which I'm looking forward to see how they develop.
I can’t wait to see the team embarking on their first mission together in the next comic!
Issue 1 has already hooked me with its interesting (and funny) characters, as well as its beautiful art. I can’t wait to see how the universal defender and the team work together on their first mission!
All the characters show a lot of depth and personality immediately! Makes it easy to invest in them and now sooo keen to see where they go and what they do! Excited for more!
